Self Levelers

Pumpable or pourable  self-levelers can be used to cover concrete, wood, metal, ceramic tile, adhesive residue, light weight concrete, gypsum and radiant heat systems. Ranging from blended cement to mildewcide protected gypsum we offer a variety of solutions .Technologically superior levelers are now available. self-leveling underlayments add strength, durability and an even surface to the floor to provide a superior surface for the application of floor coverings. They seek their own level in minutes and set quickly, adding extra support and high compressive strength to residential and commercial installations.

Polishable Self Levelers

When you need a high-flow topping that simulates polished concrete. We use an advanced hydraulic cement-based, self-leveling topping that can be used both indoors and outdoors. This crack-resistant, durable, one-component system won’t deteriorate in damp conditions. It is ideal for projects that require long flow life and working time while achieving high early strength.

Polishable overlay rapidly levels, maintains workability for up to 20 minutes, and produces a dense surface with high bond strength. Save time as your floor can be ready for foot traffic in 2 to 3 hours; for coatings in about 12 hours; and grinding in 24 hours. Polishable self levelers cure to a gray or tinted color with the non-uniform appearance of concrete. High strength levelers also grind and polish well, making it an excellent choice for polished concrete floors.

Use with aggregate to resemble the look of terrazzo, or use the color chart to create unlimited options of colored polished floors.
